Offer a lower price for last-minute or early bookings with a second price that is only bookable close to check-in or well ahead of it. Set this with Max days until check-in or Min days until check-in in a Daily Price or Fixed Price.

Create a last-minute price
Max days until check-in sets how many days before check-in a price becomes bookable. For example, 7 makes the price bookable only for check-ins in the next 7 days. With 0, the price is bookable only for a stay tonight.
Example: a last-minute price that is only bookable for check-ins in the next 7 days. You need two prices: your normal price, which is always available, and the last-minute price.
Daily Prices (recommended):
- Go to Prices > Daily Price Rules.
- Set up Daily Price 1 as your normal price with Max days until check-in = 999 (the default).
- Set up Daily Price 2 as your last-minute price with Max days until check-in = 7.
- Go to the Calendar and enter the prices in the new Daily Price rows.
Fixed Prices:
- Go to Prices > Fixed Prices.
- Set up Fixed Price 1 as your normal price with Max days until check-in = 999 (the default).
- Set up Fixed Price 2 as your last-minute price with Max days until check-in = 7.
Expected result: guests checking in within 7 days are offered the last-minute price.
Create an early booker price
Min days until check-in sets how many days before check-in a guest must book to get a price. For example, 30 makes the price bookable only when the booking is made at least 30 days before check-in.
Example: a special price for guests who book at least 30 days before check-in. You need two prices: your normal price, which is always available, and the early booker price.
Daily Prices (recommended):
- Go to Prices > Daily Price Rules.
- Set up Daily Price 1 as your normal price with Min days until check-in = 0 (or 1 if you don't allow same-day bookings).
- Set up Daily Price 2 as your early booker price with Min days until check-in = 30.
- Go to the Calendar and enter the prices in the new Daily Price rows.
Fixed Prices:
- Go to Prices > Fixed Prices.
- Set up Fixed Price 1 as your normal price with Min days until check-in = 0 (or 1 if you don't allow same-day bookings).
