Reseller

As a Beds24 reseller, you brand the system with your own logo and URL, add your own value-adding services and sell them with the system to your users. You manage reseller settings under Account Management > Reseller: click the User icon at the top right, then Account Management.

Table of Contents

What resellers get

  • The Beds24 online booking system (front end and back end), white labelled for distribution.
  • White label channel manager for Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia and Vrbo. Some other channels can't be completely white labelled, because a connection with them means requesting a connection with Beds24.
  • Your own branding, logo, favicon and styling.
  • Access to both the booking page and the back-end control panel under your own domain.
  • A fully developed, hosted and continuously updated system.
  • Access to all functionality, to set the system up as your users need.
  • Email sent through your email server.
  • A sign-up web page for new users.
  • A do-it-yourself system with technical support for the reseller only (not the end customer).
  • Help from Beds24 to learn the system, so you can train your users.
  • A multilingual system that can be used in any country in the world.

What a reseller needs

  • To pay a fee for the use and maintenance of the system.
  • Your own email server, if you want to send outgoing email from your own email address.
  • A domain name to run the system on.
  • SSL for your domain, so your pages are secure. See Private Label SSL.

Revenue options

  • Package the online booking system with a lodging website.
  • Setup fees: set up the system and install it into your users' websites.
  • Fees for customisation.
  • Management fees, for example for setting up and maintaining online bookings and OTAs.
  • Support fees for support in specific languages.
  • Monthly usage fees, based on services used or as a flat rate.

Activate reseller functions

  1. Send Beds24 a support ticket to ask for the reseller functions.
  2. Once they are activated, click the User icon at the top right, then Account Management, then Reseller.
  3. Enter the subdomain you want to use, for example bookings.mydomain.com. The subdomain must have SSL: see Private Label SSL.
  4. Enter your business name and the marketing URL for the powered by link.
  5. Optional: to use your own logo and favicon in the control panel, email both files with your owner ID to admin@Beds24.com. Send the logo as a .png file 70px high and the favicon as an .ico file.

Expected result: You and your users log in and sign up from your own subdomain, for example:

Login: http://bookings.mydomain.com/control2.php
Sign up: http://bookings.mydomain.com/control2.php?pagetype=join

Note: Your logo and favicon are only visible when you log in from your own domain.

Note: A fee applies to this feature. See it in Sub Accounts > Manage Account.

  3. A reseller is responsible for all their sub accounts. In case of abuse, Beds24 reserves the right to disconnect accounts.

Important Notes

Warning: To use Booking.com, Expedia or Vrbo as white label, contact Beds24 before you make the first connection.

White label mobile app (iOS and Android) Possible in theory, but not simple and with costs. See White label the mobile app.

White label the mobile app

Beds24's best estimates of the procedure and costs:

  1. Set up accounts at the Google and Apple app stores with your branding: a few hundred dollars, paid directly to the app stores.
  2. Beds24 organises a clone of its app with your branding and publishes it into your app store accounts: circa one thousand dollars.
  3. Updating your app to a new version Beds24 develops has a cost: no price yet, expected to be some hundreds of dollars per update. This is optional, and you can skip versions.
