External organisations, service providers and potential integration partners can apply to join the Beds24 Marketplace. Accepted partners are showcased on the Beds24 company website and in the Beds24 control panel, where customers activate the integration and the partner accesses their account through the Beds24 API V2.

What a Marketplace partnership includes
- The Marketplace gives existing and future customers an overview of compatible, integrated partner solutions, so they can find complementary products and connect them into one efficient system.
- Partner services are showcased in the customer's account and can be activated there.
- Once a Beds24 user enables the connection to your organisation, your organisation can access the user's Beds24 account through API functions to perform its services.
- The available API functions are the same as the Beds24 API V2 functions.
Become a Marketplace partner
- Apply for a Marketplace partnership with the Become a partner button on the Beds24 Marketplace page, which opens a dedicated form. Organisations are accepted at the discretion of Beds24.
- Once Beds24 confirms your application and you have signed the agreement, sign up for a Beds24 account and create a ticket asking Beds24 to reset your account to a partner account.
- Create a ticket asking Beds24 to set up a Marketplace entry for your organisation.
- Submit a ticket to get your organisation token and access token for the integration.
Expected result: your organisation appears in the Marketplace, and you have the tokens to call the API.
Authentication
- Organisations are whitelisted by function and scope, and can only access their whitelisted functions and scopes.
- Include the organisation header token with every API call.
- The access token grants access to all Beds24 accounts that have enabled your organisation.
- Each Beds24 account chooses which of its room types are available to your organisation. Only these room types are visible.
- To access property-level data, include the property ID with the access token: add a colon, a lower-case
pand the property ID, with no spaces.
For example, an access token for property ID 12345 could look like this:
abcdefghijklmnopqustuvwxyz:p12345
Connect with Beds24 users
- Your organisation appears in the Marketplace menu in each customer's account.
- A Beds24 user finds your organisation there, activates it and enables the room types to make available to you. These room types are then available for your API calls.
- Call the special function
GET/organizations/usersto see all users who have enabled the connection to your organisation.
