Airbnb: Act now to boost your Q1 results!
Listings with a Non‑Refundable Discount gain ~ 30% more unique views, and guests choosing this option cancelled only 3% of the time — among the lowest rates globally. This means more committed bookers and stronger protection for you, with payouts even if guests cancel — except in specific Airbnb‑defined situations.
In Beds24 go to (SETTINGS) CHANNEL MANAGER > AIRBNB > SPECIFIC CONTENT > BOOKING RULES. You can set your 'Non Refundable Discount' and the percentage you want (≥ 10%).
Set the Sync Type 'Everything' under (SETTINGS) CHANNEL MANAGER > AIRBNB > MAPPING and send an update to Airbnb.
Alternatively you can set a non-refundable discount in your Airbnb extranet.

VRBO Promotions is now live for all users.
You can create/activate Promotions for VRBO listings in (SETTINGS) CHANNEL MANAGER > VRBO/Homeaway > PROMOTIONS. Check the Help Page: for the instructions.
This feature helps you boost visibility and attract more bookings.

Scheduled downtime due to mayor server and security upgrade
We are performing a major server and security upgrade which involves enhanced security measures for credit card collection and credit card storage , a change of our IP address and upgrades to the menu structure.
Date & Time: September 23rd, 4:00 AM GMT
Expected downtime: ~60 minutes
- Booking page & payment requests: Entering card details directly on the checkout page will be deprecated. Instead, details will be collected via a secure external service, settable in the Credit Card payment gateway menu.
- Credit card details collected via the Credit Card payment gateway will only be displayed once and then deleted once viewed. Be sure to store the details securely offline if required.
- Cards collected via the Credit Card payment gateway cannot be auto transmitted to Stripe, if you use your Stripe account for card processing use the Stripe payment gateway to collect the card and not the Credit Card payment gateway.
- Our new IP address will be: 188.34.132.40 If you have whitelisted our IP in your email system or other services, please update it accordingly.
- (SETTINGS) APPS & INTEGRATIONS to be renamed to MARKETPLACE.
- Reorganization of Payments and Booking Rules menus for better clarity.

Refresh Booking List with customization and bulk action options
The List view for bookings (BOOKINGS > LIST) has been upgraded. You can now
- Perform bulk changes to modify multiple bookings in one go
- Choose which columns you want to see in the list
- Change the order of the columns
- Create and save multiple views

Changes to Google Hotel Ads on February 5th: Action Required
Google has made sigificant changes to Hotel Ads.
If you are using Googles Free Booking links or Google for Vacation Rentals there is no change. These will work as before.
If you are bidding via Beds24: Google will discontiue this method. Paid hotel ads can now only be placed via the Google Ads Centre. We have developed a connection to Google Ads Center which will allow you to connect your Beds24 account to Google to send your live prices and avaialbility for paid ads. We have updated our Google help page with instructions on how it works and how to set it up.
Please note or a Google Ads Center connection a fee of €0.50 per room (not per noom trype) applies on top of the normal channel manager fees.

If you have bookings where Booking.com collects the payment you can now access the current live payout value at Booking.com directly from Beds24. To see the latest information open the booking and go to "Details".
- For bank transfers from Booking.com you will see amount and when its due
- For Booking.com virtual card you will see the the current amount on the card and when the card becomes active
