Expedia

Beds24 has a two-way API connection with Expedia. Use it to send prices, availability and restrictions to Expedia, import bookings, and manage bookings, guest messages, reviews, promotions, rooms and rate plans from Beds24. The connection also updates the other Expedia Group sites, such as Hotels.com.

Connect an existing Expedia property

If you already have a property on Expedia, map your rooms and rates so that Beds24:

  • sends inventory (available rooms)
  • sends minimum and maximum stays
  • sends closed to arrival and closed to departure
  • sends prices, including several rates, with a multiplier to mark them up or down if you want
  • imports bookings, modifications and cancellations

See Expedia Mapping.

Manage and reconcile bookings

Virtual cards can be charged automatically on the date they become valid. From the booking in Beds24 you can also do the following without logging in to Expedia:

  • report invalid cards
  • report date changes
  • report no-shows
  • cancel a reservation at the guest's request. You agree to waive, or refund if applicable, any cancellation fees and other amounts for the reservation, and Expedia Group doesn't charge compensation for them.
  • cancel a reservation if the payment method is invalid (Hotel Collect only)

See Manage Expedia bookings.
