The multi-property booking page shows all properties of your account and links to each property booking page, where the actual booking is made. Set it up in Settings > Booking Engine > Multi Booking Page.
The responsive booking page is modular, so you control the layout. It consists of sections, and for each section you choose modules that you can add and remove. Modules have advanced settings to tailor the display, and most need content before they show. Modules for the multi-property booking page:
- Picture slider or gallery for the agency and the property
- Features for the property
- Availability calendar (one or several months) for the property

Limitations
- With fewer than 50 properties in the account, Beds24 checks whether all selected criteria are met.
- With more than 50 properties, for performance reasons, Beds24 only checks whether any rooms are available (not closed) for the selected dates. If there are no prices for the selection, you see a Check Availability box.
- Prices don't include obligatory upsell items, which is why the price shows as "Price from".
- To show the properties in the same order after each search, give each property a different Sell Priority.
Pictures
To add pictures and assign them to modules, go to Settings > Booking Engine > Pictures. Assign them to the multi-property page to use them in agency modules, or to a property, room or offer.
Multi-property content
- Descriptions above and below the property listing: enter them in Settings > Booking Engine > Multi Booking Page > Content. For the responsive version, activate the descriptive module in Settings > Booking Engine > Multiple Properties > Layout > Property Header and Footer.
- Agency picture slider (responsive version only): upload your pictures in Settings > Booking Engine > Pictures and activate them as Multiple Property Picture. Then activate the slider in Settings > Booking Engine > Multiple Properties > Layout > Property Header and Footer.
Property content
Customise the layout and modules of the property display in Settings > Booking Engine > Multi Booking Page > Layout > Multiple Property Layout.
- The price shown on the multi-property booking page is the lowest of offer 1 and 2.
- Property picture: upload a picture in Settings > Booking Engine > Pictures and activate it as Property Picture.
- Property picture slider (responsive version only): upload your pictures in Settings > Booking Engine > Pictures and activate them as Property Picture. Then activate the slider in Settings > Booking Engine > Multi Booking Page > Layout > Multiple Property Layout > Customise.
- Property description: go to Settings > Booking Engine > Property Booking Page > Content and enter your text in Property Description - Booking Page 1 (responsive booking page) or Property Summary Description (adaptive booking page).
- Availability calendar (responsive version only): activate the property calendar module in Settings > Booking Engine > Multi Booking Page > Layout > Multiple Property Layout > Customise. Click Manage to set the number of calendars to show.
- Features module (responsive version only): activate the property features module in the same place. Click Manage to adjust the column width. Add features in Settings > Properties > Description.
- Google Map: add a Google Maps API key in Settings > Booking Engine > Multi Booking Page > Developer. Get a key from Google's Maps JavaScript API key page. Usually a free key is enough. Make sure you activate all required settings.
Note: When you add a module, check its Position and Desktop settings.
Warning: If you have several offers, make sure there's always a price for offer 1 or offer 2. Otherwise the property doesn't show on the multi-property booking page.
Property header and footer
Agency modules can also show on the property booking pages. Set this in Settings > Booking Engine > Multi Booking Page > Layout.
Hide one or more properties
Set Sell Priority = Hide in Settings > Booking Engine > Multi Booking Page > Property Settings.
Search criteria
- Set up custom search criteria in Settings > Booking Engine > Multi Booking Page > Search Criteria.
- Assign them to your properties in Settings > Booking Engine > Multi Booking Page > Property Settings.
- Optional: to always show the search criteria when the page loads, without clicking Advanced Search, add this code to Advanced HTML Settings in Settings > Booking Engine > Multi Booking Page > Developers:

Booking widgets
Create booking widgets that open the multi-property booking page in Settings > Booking Engine > Booking Widgets by setting Property = All. To let guests search by criteria:
- Create the search criteria in Settings > Booking Engine > Multi Booking Page > Search Criteria.
- Assign the applicable criteria to each property in Settings > Booking Engine > Multi Booking Page > Property Settings.
- Go to Settings > Booking Engine > Booking Widgets, set Property = All, design your widget and change Search Label to show the search criteria in the widget.
Expected result: The widget opens the multi-property booking page with your search criteria.
Warning: If you change your search criteria, generate the widget code again and paste the new code into your website.
