The Reports menu gives you logs of activity, preset standard reports and your own custom reports. Routines send reports automatically by email.
Report types
| Report | What it shows |

| Booking Logs | The activity on your booking page. |
| Standard Reports | Predefined reports for which you choose a date range and what they apply to. They can apply to bookings or rooms. |
| Custom Reports | Reports based on bookings only, as tables or graphs. You filter which bookings are included and which columns are displayed. |
| Routines | Generate reports automatically and send them by email. |
Tip: If you need a report that isn't available, contact Beds24 support. Beds24 attempts to add any reasonable report type.
