Beds24 has a certified two-way API connection with Airbnb. Use it to import or create listings, keep prices and availability in sync, import bookings, and handle guest messages, reviews and changes to bookings from Beds24. You need an account with Airbnb.

Connect Airbnb accounts
You can connect one or several Airbnb accounts to one Beds24 account. If you don't have an Airbnb account yet, you can create one from Beds24. See Connect Airbnb Account.
Import listings from Airbnb
Import your Airbnb listings instead of setting them up manually, as a new property or as a room in a property you already have in Beds24. See Import listings from Airbnb.
Connect existing listings
If you already have listings on Airbnb, map your rooms and rates so that Beds24:
- sends inventory (available rooms)
- sends minimum and maximum stays
- sends closed to arrival and closed to departure
- sends prices if you want, with a multiplier to mark them up or down
- imports bookings, modifications and cancellations

Create new listings on Airbnb
Beds24 can send rooms to Airbnb with content, photos, amenities, prices and availability. See Create a new listing.
Messages, reviews and booking changes
- Messages: communicate with Airbnb guests directly from Beds24. See Send and receive messages.
- Reviews: after check-out, review the guest on the Mail & Actions tab of the booking. You can also read the guest's review there and reply. See How reviews work.
- Changes and cancellations: on the Overview tab of the booking, manage alteration requests from guests, send alteration requests to guests and request cancellations from guests.
