Beds24 needs a price for the guest's selection to show or send availability: dates without a price show as unavailable, so keep your prices up to date. There are two types of prices, Daily Prices and Fixed Prices, and which you use depends on your pricing structure.

Daily Prices and Fixed Prices

Combine Daily Prices and Fixed Prices
You don't need both, but combining them lets you fine-tune your pricing:
- Use Daily Prices to override a Fixed Price on a few dates. If you change prices often, use only Daily Prices.
- Add a gap filler Fixed Price to fill gaps when you use Daily Prices with minimum stays.
Note: rules in Fixed Prices have no effect on Daily Prices.
Price multiplier
- Calendar: add a multiplier in the Calendar to raise or lower all prices on a day or date range. To exclude a Fixed Price, set Allow Multiplier = No in its Summary tab.
- Channels: most channels have a multiplier in the channel manager settings. See the help page of each channel.
- Booking page: set a multiplier in Settings > Booking Engine > Booking Page.
Prices for channels and your booking page
A price is used for channels and/or the Beds24 booking page depending on what's ticked under Enable in the Daily Price settings or in the Channels tab of a Fixed Price. See Setting Prices for Booking Channels.
Dynamic prices
- Adjust Daily Prices manually as needed.
- The Yield Optimiser (Prices > Yield Optimiser) adjusts prices automatically based on demand shortly before check-in.
- Partners such as PriceLabs (Settings > Marketplace > PriceLabs) and RoomPriceGenie (Settings > Marketplace > RoomPriceGenie) send Daily Prices to Beds24 automatically.
