Send codes with template variables
- Use the last digits of the booking number as the access code. Add them to an Auto Action with a template variable.
- Store the access codes in the room or property templates and use Auto Actions to send them to your guests. See the Auto Actions example.
Connect by Make or iCal
- Some lock systems can be connected through Make in Settings > Marketplace > Make. See Make.
- Many lock systems can sync by iCal (Settings > Channel Manager > iCal Export) with the RBOY APPS lock automation service. See ICal Export.
