Zettle is a POS system for restaurants, bars, coffee shops and similar businesses. With the Zettle integration, you send invoice charges from a Beds24 booking to Zettle as products and collect the payment in Zettle: paid products appear in the booking in real time.
What the integration does
- Beds24 sends invoice charges to Zettle as products, so you can collect the payment through Zettle.
- When the products are paid, the payments appear on the Charges and Payments tab of the booking in real time.
Limitations:
- Beds24 only imports payments for products that were sent from Beds24.
- Beds24 can't create invoices in Zettle automatically.
- Zettle doesn't support negative values. If an invoice has negative values, you can send the total sum.
Connect Zettle
You need: an account with Zettle. For Beds24, the normal channel manager fees apply.
- Go to Settings > Marketplace > Zettle.
- Tick Synchronize for all rooms you want to connect and click Save.
- Click Connect to Zettle. Signing in to Zettle connects you automatically.
Expected result: you can send invoice items from your bookings to Zettle.
How it works
- Open the booking, go to the Invoice tab and click Send to Zettle.
- Collect the payment in Zettle.
Payments are sent back to Beds24. Once a payment is recorded, the invoice items are deleted from Zettle.
Disconnect Zettle
- Untick Synchronise to stop sending bookings.
- Click Disconnect to disconnect Zettle from Beds24.
