Charge different prices on weekdays and weekends with two Daily Price Rules, one for each (recommended). With Fixed Prices, use the price multiplier, or two Fixed Prices if the conditions also differ.
Quick Guide
- In Prices > Daily Price Rules, create one Daily Price Rule for weekdays and one for weekends.
- In Prices > Daily Prices or the Calendar, enter the weekday price with the weekend days unticked.
- Enter the weekend price with the weekdays unticked.
Set weekend and weekday prices with Daily Prices
Steps:
- Go to Prices > Daily Price Rules.
- Open the Daily Price Rule you want to use for weekdays, or create one, and set Minimum Stay to the minimum stay you require on weekdays.
- Open the Daily Price Rule you want to use for weekends, or create one, and set Minimum Stay to the minimum stay you require on weekends.
- Go to Prices > Daily Prices or the Calendar and click the Daily Price row for your weekday prices.
- In the pop-up, enter the price, select the date range and untick the weekend days.
- Click the Daily Price row for your weekend prices, enter the price, select the date range and untick the weekdays.
Expected result: the Calendar shows the weekday price on weekdays and the weekend price on weekends.
Set weekend and weekday prices with Fixed Prices
If only the price differs on weekends, use the Price Multiplier in the Calendar for the days you count as the weekend.
If the conditions also differ, such as the minimum stay, create two Fixed Prices:
- Go to Prices > Fixed Prices, click Add Fixed Price and set the prices, minimum stay and other conditions for weekdays. In Allowed, deselect the weekend days.
- Click Add Fixed Price again and set the prices, minimum stay and other conditions for weekends. In Allowed, deselect the weekdays.
