Webready

Webready is a website builder for vacation rentals: it imports your properties from Beds24, so you can build a website for your short-term rentals and take direct bookings. You can take bookings through the Webready booking engine, which syncs them to Beds24, or embed the Beds24 booking engine in your Webready website.

Quick Guide

1. Allow API access in Settings > Account > Account Access, with the IP provided by Webready.
2. Add a propKey for each property in Settings > Properties > Access.
3. Optional: add the Beds24 booking engine to your Webready website with a direct link or an iframe.

What the integration does

• Webready imports properties from Beds24.
• Beds24 booking engine: embed it in your Webready website to collect commission-free bookings and collect payments without a processing fee.
• Webready booking engine: your daily prices and Beds24 bookings are imported into Webready too. Add the listings to your Webready website to get direct bookings: every booking made through the website syncs to Beds24.

Connect Webready

You need: an account with Webready, and the IP address Webready provides.

Step 1: Allow API access

1. Go to Settings > Account > Account Access.
2. Enter a 16-character API key in the API Key field. You choose the key: create a random code with any combination of letters and numbers.
3. Set API Key Access = allow whitelist IP only.
4. In IP Whitelist, enter the IP provided by Webready.
5. Set Allow Writes = Yes.
6. Set Property Access = Owned by this account only.
7. Click Save.

Step 2: Set your property keys

1. Go to Settings > Properties > Access.
2. Add a propKey. It must be at least 16 characters long and unique: you can't use the same key more than once.
3. Click Save.
4. Repeat for each property you want to connect.

Step 3: Integrate the Beds24 booking engine

First customise your booking page in Beds24, see How to setup the Booking Page. Then add it to your Webready website with one of these methods.

Method 1: Direct link

1. In the Webready website editor, open Global Settings.
2. On the bookings tab, find External Booking Settings.
3. Click MANAGE and choose Beds24.
4. Click EDIT VALUES PER RENTAL and enter the Beds24 property ID of each rental, or import the values with the Actions button.
5. Click SAVE, then Apply, then save the changes with the SAVE button at the top right.
6. Republish your website.

Method 2: Iframe

1. Go to Settings > Booking Engine > Booking Widgets > Iframe Generator to generate the code that embeds the booking page in your website. The context help (? icons) explains the iframe settings.
2. On your Webready website, go to Components > Custom Code, click Edit, paste the iframe code and click Apply.

Expected result: your Beds24 properties are in Webready, and guests can book from your Webready website.
