Truvi (previously Superhog) provides a guest screening and protection service. Connect it to Beds24 with an API key and a property key for each property. Truvi maintains the connection. For details, see the Truvi page on connecting Beds24 or contact Truvi support.
Quick Guide
- Sign up with Truvi.
- Enter your API key in Settings > Account > Account Access with API Key Access = allow any ip.
- Add a propKey for each property in Settings > Properties > Access.
- Paste each property key into Truvi.
Connect Truvi
Step 1: Sign up with Truvi
Get a Truvi account on the Truvi sign-up page.
Step 2: Allow API access
- Go to Settings > Account > Account Access.
- Enter your API key in the API Key field.
- Set API Key Access = allow any ip.
- Leave IP Whitelist blank.
- Set Allow Writes = No.
- Set Property Access = Owned by this account only.
- Click Save.
Step 3: Set your property keys
- Go to Settings > Properties > Access.
- Add a propKey. It must be 16 characters or longer and unique (you can't use the same key more than once).
- Click Save.
- Repeat for each property you want to connect.
Step 4: Add properties in Truvi
- Log in to Truvi.
- Paste the key into the property keys box.
- Click Save.
- Repeat for all properties.
Expected result: Truvi has access to your connected properties.
