To stop selling on a channel for a while without losing its settings, block all your rooms, send that to the channel, and then pause the channel's sync. Your mapping stays in place, so you can reconnect later.
Disconnect a channel temporarily
- Go to Settings > Booking Engine and set an Exceptional Booking Period that blocks all your rooms.
- Go to the channel's settings, for example Settings > Channel Manager > Booking.com, and click Update.
- When the update has gone through, untick all tick boxes for the channel and click Save.
- Go back to Settings > Booking Engine and remove the Exceptional Booking Period.
Expected result: The channel shows no availability and Beds24 stops sending updates to it. Your website and other channels keep selling. To reconnect, tick the tick boxes again, click Save and then Update.
