Connect Tablet Hotels to Beds24 to send your availability and several rates per room to Tablet Hotels and import its bookings and cancellations automatically.
Capabilities and limitations
- Beds24 exports inventory and multiple rates.
- Beds24 imports bookings and cancellations.
- Beds24 imports only bookings made after you connect. Enter existing bookings manually, see Existing bookings.
- Upsell items can't be exported.

Before you connect
- Beds24 only sends availability when you have prices that are active for Tablet Hotels. See Setting Prices for Booking Channels.
- Extra person and extra child prices, and discounts on the Discounts tab of fixed prices, can't be sent. If you need prices for different occupancies, ask Tablet Hotels to set your pricing model to Occupancy Pricing.
- If you use daily prices with extra person prices, set the daily price for the maximum occupancy and add the extra person price as a negative value, so the price for full occupancy can be sent.
- If you sell rooms individually on a channel like Airbnb but as a room type with a quantity above one on Tablet Hotels, set up virtual rooms.
Connect Tablet Hotels
You need: your Tablet Hotels hotel ID.
Step 1: Request the connection at Tablet Hotels
Tell Tablet Hotels you want to connect to Beds24, and ask for your Tablet Hotels hotel ID.
Step 2: Map your rooms and rates in Beds24
- Go to Settings > Channel Manager > Tablethotels, enter your hotel ID in Property Code and click Save.
- Click the link to get the room and rate codes for this property code from Tablet Hotels.
- Enter the Tablet Hotels RoomTypeCode of each room in Room Code.
- Enter the main RatePlanCode of each room in Rate Code.
- If a room has several rates, enter the extra rate codes directly in the Beds24 prices, see Map channel rate codes.
- Check that your prices have a price for channel management with the Tablet Hotels channel enabled. In each price, enter the RatePlanCode, or leave it empty to use the rate code from the channel manager settings.
Expected result: Beds24 sends your availability and prices to Tablet Hotels and imports new bookings and cancellations. Changes to settings go with the next update, see Updates and changes.
