Send invoice information from your Beds24 bookings to Xero, the online accounting software, in Settings > Marketplace > Xero. Xero is online accounting software that gives business owners real-time visibility of their financial position and performance. Beds24 creates invoices in Xero from booking invoices. You need a Xero account, and the normal Beds24 channel manager fees apply.
Note: The direct Xero integration is in beta. Send Beds24 a support ticket if you are interested in beta testing it.

- In Settings > Marketplace > Xero, click Connect to Xero, log in, select the organisation and click Allow Access.
- Click Get Codes to access the organisation.
- Set the rooms you want to use with Xero to Enabled.

Capabilities and limitations
Beds24 can send invoice information from bookings to Xero.
- You can connect only one Xero account and organisation to one Beds24 account. To connect to several Xero accounts or organisations, use sub accounts.
- You can send only charges, not payments.
Connect Xero
Step 1: Connect Xero
Click the Connect to Xero button, log in, select the organisation you want to connect to and click Allow Access.
Step 2: Select the organisation
Click Get Codes to access the organisation you connected to in Xero.
Step 3: Enable the rooms
Set the rooms you want to use with Xero to Enabled.
Expected result: Every booking in an enabled room has a Send To Xero button on its Invoices tab.
Send invoices to Xero
Click Send To Xero on the Invoices tab of the booking. You can change these defaults when you send an invoice:

Delete invoices
You can delete invoices only in Xero. An invoice sent with the status AUTHORISED can't be deleted in Xero, only voided.
Troubleshooting

Disconnect
Disable the rooms you no longer want to send invoice information to Xero for, or click the Disconnect button to remove the connection permanently.
Warning: Your Xero account is connected to all properties in the Beds24 account. Clicking Disconnect disconnects all properties.
