Set weekly prices with Daily Prices for each length of stay (recommended), or with Fixed Prices priced per week or with a 7-night minimum stay. Channels only accept prices per night, so don't use per-week Fixed Prices for channels.

Set weekly prices with Daily Prices
Use this when guests can only book whole weeks (7, 14, 21 nights) and each length has its own price. Create one Daily Price per block of nights.
Steps:
- Go to Prices > Daily Price Rules and create the Daily Prices:
Daily Price Minimum Stay Maximum Stay Daily Price 1: price for 1 week 7 13 Daily Price 2: price for 2 weeks 14 20 Daily Price 3: price for 3 weeks 21 27 - Go to the Calendar and enter the prices in the new Daily Price rows.
Note: make sure the minimum and maximum stays don't overlap, or the prices won't show as expected.
Allow weekly bookings only with Fixed Prices
Use this when guests can only book whole weeks (7, 14, 21 nights).
Steps:
- Go to Prices > Fixed Prices and click Add Fixed Price.
- Set Prices Per to Week and enter your weekly prices. For display, the system divides them by seven, but guests can only book seven nights or a multiple of seven.
- If check-in and check-out are only allowed on certain days, for example Saturday to Saturday, deselect Check-in Allowed and Check-out Allowed for all other days.
- Go to Settings > Booking Engine > Property Booking Page and set Default Number of Nights = 7 and Minimum Number of Nights = 7.
Tip: instead of per week, you can set prices per 2 to 31 nights. The system divides the price by that number of nights for display and only allows bookings of that length or a multiple of it.
Note: the channel manager can only send prices per night. Any Prices Per value other than night isn't used for channel management.
Require at least seven nights with Fixed Prices
Use this when guests must book at least seven nights (7, 8, 9, 10 nights and so on).
Steps:
- Go to Prices > Fixed Prices and click Add Fixed Price.
- Set Prices Per to Night and Minimum Stay to 7.
- Go to Settings > Booking Engine > Property Booking Page and set Default Number of Nights = 7 and Minimum Number of Nights = 7.
If you use weekly and nightly Fixed Prices together, the weekly price applies to the first seven nights and the nightly price after that.
