Vikey offers a self check-in solution that connects to Beds24 through the Beds24 API. You allow API access and create keys in Beds24, then enter the keys in MyVikey.
Connect Vikey
You need: a Vikey account. API keys must be unique and at least 16 characters long.
Step 1: Allow API access in Beds24
- Go to Settings > Account > Account Access.
- Enter any combination of at least 16 letters and numbers as your API key.
- Set API Key Access = allow any ip, or allow whitelist ip only.
- Set Property Access.
- Click Save.
Step 2: Create a property key
- Go to Settings > Properties > Access.
- Create a propKey and click Save.
Step 3: Add Beds24 in Vikey
- In MyVikey, click Integrations.
- Scroll down to Beds24 and click Add.
- For each apartment or listing, enter the PropKey and ApiKey.
- To set the check-in request, click Edit. You can preset parameters such as: send email, request payment of the stay and tourist tax, send documents, sign the contract, request billing information.
Expected result: your Beds24 listings are connected in Vikey, with the check-in request you set.
