Connect Traum-Ferienwohnungen to Beds24 to create listings, send your availability, prices and minimum stay, and import enquiries and bookings. The connection updates Traum-Ferienwohnungen, Holiday-Apartments and Vacation-Apartments.
Quick Guide
- On the Traum-Ferienwohnungen My Data page, tick Allow clientapi interface activation and note your customer ID.
- Enter the customer ID in Settings > Channel Manager > Traumferienwohnungen and confirm the connection email.
- Export new rooms, or remove iCal from existing listings.
- Click Get Codes, pick the listing, set Enable = Enable and save.

Capabilities and limitations
- Beds24 exports availability, prices and a minimum stay.
- Beds24 imports enquiries and 24-hour bookings. You can accept or decline requests.
- Most enquiries are imported as bookings with status Inquiry. Some types of enquiry block the room at Traum-Ferienwohnungen; these are imported as Request.
- Once a booking is accepted or declined, Beds24 can't make further changes. Make any further changes in Traum-Ferienwohnungen.
- Upsell items can't be exported.
Warning: Bookings with status Inquiry don't block the room. To block the room, for example after you've made the guest an offer, change the status manually.

Before you connect
- You need an account with Traum-Ferienwohnungen / Vacation-Apartments. If you don't have one, create a Vacation-Apartments account for owners or a Vacation-Apartments account for property managers.
- Beds24 only sends availability when you have prices that are active for this channel, including a price for the full occupancy. See Setting Prices for Booking Channels and Prices.
- If you sell rooms individually elsewhere but as a room type with a quantity above one on Traum-Ferienwohnungen, set up virtual rooms.
How enquiries work
- Change the status in Beds24 to Confirmed to accept an enquiry.
- Change the status in Beds24 to Cancelled to decline it.
- Once accepted or declined, the status can't be changed in Beds24. Make any further changes directly in Traum-Ferienwohnungen.
Create new listings on Traum-Ferienwohnungen
Step 1: Allow the client API
- Sign in to your Traum-Ferienwohnungen account.
- Go to the Traum-Ferienwohnungen My Data page and tick Allow clientapi interface activation at the bottom of the page.
- Note your Traum-Ferienwohnungen customer ID, shown at the top right under your name.
Step 2: Connect Traum-Ferienwohnungen and Beds24
- Enter your customer ID in Settings > Channel Manager > Traumferienwohnungen.
- Traum-Ferienwohnungen emails you to confirm the connection. Click the confirmation link in the email.
Step 3: Check the minimum content
Beds24 sends these minimum requirements to Traum-Ferienwohnungen:
- Property type, in Settings > Properties > Description, see Property Description. If your listing type isn't available in Beds24, send any type and correct it in Traum-Ferienwohnungen.
- Maximum guests, in Settings > Properties > Rooms > Setup.
- Size (m2), in Settings > Properties > Rooms > Setup, see Room Setup. Make sure you've entered the property size.
Step 4: Export your rooms
Go to Settings > Channel Manager > Traumferienwohnungen/Vacation-Apartments and click Export.
Step 5: Complete the property setup
Log in to your Traum-Ferienwohnungen / Vacation-Apartments account and complete the property setup.
Step 6: Activate the sync
- Click Get Codes for the room you want to connect.
- Pick the listing you want to connect to this room.
- Set Enable = Enable.
- Optional: choose how many guests the prices Beds24 sends apply to.
- Click Save.
Step 7: Automate accepting or declining requests (optional)
To accept or decline requests automatically, set up Auto Actions in Settings > Guest Management > Auto Actions. See Auto Actions.
Expected result: Beds24 sends your availability, prices and minimum stay to Traum-Ferienwohnungen and imports enquiries and bookings. Changes to settings go with the next update, see Updates and changes.
Connect existing listings
If you already have listings on Traum-Ferienwohnungen, connect them to send prices and availability and import enquiries.
Step 1: Remove iCal
If you use iCal, ask Traum-Ferienwohnungen / Vacation-Apartments to remove the iCal connection. Only Traum-Ferienwohnungen can do this; you can't remove it yourself.
Step 2: Allow the client API and connect
Follow Step 1 and Step 2 of Create new listings.
Step 3: Activate the sync
Follow Step 6 of Create new listings: click Get Codes, pick the listing, set Enable = Enable and save.
Step 4: Automate accepting or declining requests (optional)

Prices
- Daily prices, or fixed prices with the Traumferienwohnungen channel ticked and set as offer 1, are sent to Traum-Ferienwohnungen / Vacation-Apartments.
- Beds24 sends a room price, and only one price per date. A minimum stay can also be sent. If several prices with different minimum stays are active, the price with the lowest minimum stay is sent.
- Beds24 uses the best (lowest) price for the requested period and length of stay. Check-in and check-out limitations in fixed prices are ignored.
- Extra person and extra child prices, and discounts on the Discounts tab of fixed prices, can't be sent. If you use daily prices with extra person prices, set the daily price for the maximum occupancy and add the extra person price as a negative value, so the price for full occupancy can be sent.
Price multiplier
To mark your prices up or down, or convert the currency, enter * and the multiplier, for example *1.23 (raises prices by 23%) or *[CONVERT:IDR-EUR] (converts Indonesian rupiah to euros). The multiplier applies to all prices and fees sent. See Price multiplier for all options.

- To end the connection completely, log in to Traum-Ferienwohnungen / Vacation-Apartments, go to the Traum-Ferienwohnungen My Data page and untick Allow clientapi interface activation.
