Connect Sweeply Housekeeping to Beds24 in Settings > Marketplace > Sweeply. Sweeply simplifies housekeeping, guest connect, maintenance and task management with a real-time overview of your properties, so managers and staff can organise and track progress together on the web and on iOS and Android devices. Connect Sweeply
- In Settings > Marketplace > Sweeply, tick the room IDs you want to synchronise and click Save.
- Click Enable rooms to get started.
- Click Start my account and follow the Sweeply guided setup.
Expected result: When you create your account, Sweeply fetches all rooms and units in Beds24 and their bookings, and the real-time housekeeping dashboard shows the up-to-date booking status.
How it works
After the first import, booking changes synchronise every 5 minutes.
Disconnect
To stop Beds24 sending data, untick the boxes in Settings > Marketplace > Sweeply.
