Revenuenaire is a dynamic pricing and revenue management platform for short-term rentals, hotels and resorts. It reads your Beds24 rooms, calendars and bookings, builds market-driven nightly prices and stay rules, and writes them straight back to Beds24.
What the integration does
- Builds nightly prices and stay rules from real market data.
- Keeps prices, minimum stay, check-in and check-out restrictions and block-outs in sync with Beds24 automatically, with no spreadsheets and no API keys to copy.
Connect Revenuenaire
You need: an account with Revenuenaire.
Enable Revenuenaire in Beds24
- Open the Marketplace apps page in Beds24.
- Find Revenuenaire in the list and click Connect.
- Click Enable for each room you want to give Revenuenaire access to.
Expected result: the connection with Revenuenaire is complete, and Revenuenaire can access the rooms you enabled.
Import your rooms in Revenuenaire
- Sign in to the Revenuenaire app.
- Go to Connect, choose Beds24, click Detect my account and enter the email address of your Beds24 account.
- Click Import to bring in the rooms you enabled.
- Activate the listings you want Revenuenaire to manage and set a base price, minimum price and maximum price.
- Click Sync to publish prices and stay rules to Beds24.
Expected result: Revenuenaire sends prices and stay rules to Beds24 and keeps them in sync.
