Collect guest details before arrival with the free online pre-check-in tool from ChargeAutomation, connected in Settings > Marketplace > Pre-Arrival Tool. When a new reservation arrives, the guest gets an email link to complete their pre-arrival, and the information they enter is posted back to Beds24. The tool works for vacation rentals and hotels, and the normal Beds24 channel manager fees apply.

- Collect the guest's ID or passport

- Collect information such as arrival time, email and number of guests

Connect the Pre-Arrival Tool
Step 1: Activate the rooms
In Settings > Marketplace > Pre-Arrival Tool, set Synchronization = enable for all rooms you want to connect to ChargeAutomation.
Step 2: Connect to ChargeAutomation
- Log in to ChargeAutomation.
- On the PMS tab, select Beds24.
- Select your pre-arrival preferences.
- Map the guest responses.
Expected result: New reservations in the enabled rooms trigger the pre-arrival email to the guest. For more information, use the help in ChargeAutomation.
Disconnect
To stop Beds24 sending data, untick the boxes in Settings > Marketplace > Pre-Arrival Tool.
