If your booking page is in an iframe or on WordPress, browser security settings stop it from redirecting the guest to PayPal. Fix it by letting the PayPal page open in a new window.
Open PayPal in a new window
- Go to Settings > Booking Engine > Booking Page > Behaviour.
- Set Open in New Window to On secure payment.
- Save.
Expected result: the PayPal payment page opens in a new window when the guest pays.
