The OTA channel in Settings > Channel Manager > OTA is a generic channel that OTAs can connect to. Once an OTA is connected, users can enable and manage its access to their properties.
Important: Beds24 no longer recommends this option. OTAs can integrate directly through the Marketplace with API V2, see OTAs: How to connect to Beds24 using API V2. To create a connection between your channel and Beds24, send Beds24 a support ticket.

https://api.beds24.com/ota/JSON_HotelAvail |
Same as OTA_HotelAvail, in JSON format. |
https://api.beds24.com/ota/OTA_HotelRes |

https://api.beds24.com/json/getAvailabilities |
After collecting the dates, room and other details from a guest, make a last-minute live check of availability and price before confirming the booking in the OTA. |
The HotelAvail functions are for occasional polling, with the data stored in the OTA. They aren't suitable for live requests from a booking page.
Webhooks
In Settings > Marketplace > Webhooks, set up a webhook to notify the OTA when the inventory of a room type changes. The OTA can then poll HotelAvail for the updated data only when needed. See Inventory Webhooks.
