Jervis Systems

Jervis Systems automates smart devices and guest experience for short-term and long-term rental properties. It configures PIN code access on smart locks for each reservation: access is shared automatically at check-in and removed at checkout. Jervis also supports garage door openers, thermostats, lights, switches, pool heaters, monitoring sensors and more. You need a Jervis Systems account to use the integration.

Quick Guide

1. Generate an invite code with all READ and WRITE options in Settings > Marketplace > API.
2. Add the info code JERVIS_LOCK_PIN in Settings > Account > Preferences.
3. Paste the Jervis Systems webhook URL into Booking Webhook in Settings > Properties > Access.
4. Send the PIN code to guests with an Auto Action.

Connect Jervis Systems

Step 1: Generate an invite token

1. Open the Beds24 API page.
2. Click Generate invite code.
3. Select all options under READ and WRITE.
4. Click Generate invite code.

Step 2: Add the booking info code for the PIN

1. Go to Settings > Account > Preferences.
2. Add JERVIS_LOCK_PIN to the booking Info Code Values.
3. Click Save.

Step 3: Set the webhook URL

1. Go to Settings > Properties > Access.
2. Paste the Jervis Systems webhook URL into the Booking Webhook URL setting.
3. Leave all other fields blank and click Save.
4. Repeat Steps 1–3 for every other property you want to connect.

Step 4: Send the PIN code to your guests

The template variable [BOOKINGINFOCODETEXT:JERVIS_LOCK_PIN] adds the PIN code. Create an Auto Action with this template variable in Settings > Guest Management > Auto Actions.

Expected result: Guests receive their PIN code automatically. For more information, see the Jervis Systems guide to connecting Beds24.

Auto check-in

When the guest opens the lock for the first time, Jervis Systems sends the info code CHECKIN, which is added to the Info tab of the booking.
