Connect Housetrip to Beds24 by iCal to send your availability to Housetrip and import its bookings, modifications and cancellations. Beds24 doesn't send prices: set them in Housetrip.
Capabilities and limitations
- Beds24 exports inventory and imports bookings, modifications and cancellations.
- Beds24 can't export prices. Set them in Housetrip.
- Housetrip decides when to update its calendar from Beds24; Beds24 can't control how often.
- Prices and email addresses aren't imported, and past bookings aren't imported.

Before you connect
- Beds24 doesn't send prices, but you need valid prices in Beds24 so it can send availability.
- If you have room types with a quantity above one on other channels, set up virtual rooms.
Send your availability to Housetrip
- In Settings > Channel Manager > Housetrip, tick Inventory and click Save.
- Sign in to Housetrip, go to Properties > Calendar and click Manage Calendars.
- Copy the Beds24 Import Calendar URL and paste it into Import external calendar for....
Import bookings into Beds24
- In Beds24, tick Bookings and click Save.
- In Housetrip, go to Properties > Calendar > Manage Calendars and copy your Housetrip iCal export link.
- Paste it into the Beds24 Export Calendar field and click Save.
Expected result: Housetrip blocks the dates booked in Beds24, and Beds24 imports new Housetrip bookings.
Disconnect Housetrip
- Untick Inventory and Bookings to stop the synchronisation for a room.
- Sign in to your Housetrip extranet and delete the Beds24 URL.
