Beds24 shows one currency per property, set in Settings > Properties > Description. If you have several properties, each can have its own currency. For bookings, payments, channels and invoices in other currencies, use the options below.
Default currency
Set the currency of each property in Settings > Properties > Description.
Currency on the booking page
The booking page shows the Currency Code and Currency Symbol set in Settings > Properties > Description. With the responsive booking page, you can activate a currency converter to show your prices in other currencies.
Currency for payment collection
The API Currency Code sets the currency to collect deposits in. It must be the same currency as your prices. If your currency isn't listed, check whether your payment gateway accepts it, then contact Beds24 support.
Currency for channel management
If a booking channel needs a different currency than your standard currency, add a multiplier to convert the prices. For some channels, set the currency directly in the Channel Manager settings.
Bookings in another currency
To manage bookings in another currency than your default one, create an invoicee for the additional currency and assign the charges to it. See Invoicees.
Currency on invoices
- Smart template variables convert the values from the booking into another currency automatically.
- To show a second currency, use the Status field in the Charges and Payments tab of the booking, and
[INVOICETABLE2]to show both currencies.
