Use a Routine to send a pre-set email with an attachment, such as a report, to a fixed email address on dates you choose. Set Routines up in Settings > Account > Routines.
Prerequisites: Beds24 must send email from your own email address. Set this up in Settings > Account > Outgoing Email. See Outgoing Email.
Set up a Routine
- Go to Settings > Account > Routines.
- Enter your criteria for sending and the attachment. The context help (the ? icon next to each setting) explains every setting.
- Click Save.
Expected result: The email with the attachment is sent on the dates you set.
Tip: Click Send Email now to send the email with the attachment straight away.
