Private Label

Private Label lets you run your booking page on your own domain, such as book.myhotel.com, instead of beds24.com, and removes the Beds24 link from the booking page. Payment links use your domain too: https://beds24.com/bookpay.php?bookid=[BOOKID] becomes https://mydomain.com/bookpay.php?bookid=[BOOKID].

Prerequisites: an SSL-secured domain. See Private Label SSL. A monthly fee applies for this function.

Choose a domain

The domain must be unique and can't be exactly the same as your website's domain. A subdomain usually works best. For example, if your website is www.myhotel.com, use book.myhotel.com for your booking page.

Set up your private label domain

Steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Booking Engine > Private Label.
  2. Enter the domain name for your booking page without https://, for example book.myhotel.com.
  3. At your domain's name server, create a CNAME record for the domain with the value admin.beds24.com, and remove any A records from the domain. Your domain registrar can usually help with this.
  4. If you already have booking widgets on your website, change their links from the Beds24 link to your subdomain.
  5. To use your own favicon, provide it in .ico format, 10 KB at most.

Expected result: your booking page opens on your own domain. Domain record changes can take up to 24 hours to take effect.

Important notes

  • Each account can use one private label domain. To use a different domain for each of several properties, create a sub account for each domain and make the properties for that domain owned by that sub account. See Sub Account.
