PriceLabs uses predictive analytics and machine learning to find the best price for each day, and sends daily prices to Beds24 automatically. It reads historical bookings (no personal data) and daily prices from Beds24, calculates prices for future dates and sends them back, with an optional minimum stay.
What the integration does
- PriceLabs reads historical bookings (no personal data) and daily prices from Beds24, calculates prices for future dates and sends them to Beds24 as daily prices.
- PriceLabs can send prices to several daily prices (Daily Price 1 is the default) and can send a minimum stay.
- If you need them, set up more daily prices in Beds24 with other minimum stays and offsets, and link them to the price sent from PriceLabs.
Connect PriceLabs
You need: an account with the PriceLabs revenue management tools. For Beds24, the normal channel manager fees apply.
- Go to Settings > Marketplace > Pricelabs.
- Tick Enable for the rooms you want to receive prices from PriceLabs.
- Copy the Pricelabs Key.
- Sign in to PriceLabs, enter the key and click the blue connect button.
Expected result: PriceLabs sends daily prices to the rooms you enabled. If you need a new key, click reset key and enter the new key in PriceLabs.
Send prices to several daily prices
If PriceLabs sends to several daily prices, you can't use linked prices with an offset in Beds24, because you can't restrict the dates the daily prices apply to. Instead, define several price rules in PriceLabs with the dates they're valid for. PriceLabs then sends these prices to the matching Daily Prices in Beds24. Contact PriceLabs support for how to set up several price rules and map them to the right daily prices.
Troubleshooting

PriceLabs can't reduce these values. | In Settings > Properties > Rooms > Setup, leave Minimum Stay = 1 and Minimum Price = 0.00 (or your minimum). Check the rules in Prices > Daily Price Rules, and leave the minimum stay there at 1 (or your minimum). Also check which daily price PriceLabs updates: by default, Daily Price 1. |
Disconnect PriceLabs
- Untick Enable and click Save.
- Sign in to your PriceLabs account and click Disconnect.
