Property settings control how each property appears on your multi property booking page: its position in lists, special agent prices, search categories and the groups it shows in. Owners of multiple properties and agencies set them in Settings > Booking Engine > Multi Booking Page > Property Settings.

| Agent Code | Shows special prices when the booking page opens with &agent=AGENT_CODE_SETTING in the URL. Prices with the channel "- agents" are then included in the price calculation. |
| Search Category | Assigns the search categories you defined in Settings > Booking Engine > Multi Booking Page > Search Criteria, so guests can filter properties by the options they choose. |
| Group Keywords | Tags that show or hide the property on property list pages. Separate tags with commas. |
Show different prices with an agent code
Create some prices with the agent channel activated and some without. The price a guest sees then depends on the URL that opens the booking page: with &agent= and your agent code, the agent prices are included.
Show or hide properties with group keywords
- A property list page opened with a
group=parameter shows only properties with a matching group keyword. - A property list page opened with a
nogroup=parameter hides properties with a matching group keyword. - An exclamation mark at the end of a keyword makes the group available only to the owner account of the property.
- An exclamation mark followed by an account number makes the group available only to that account. Separate several account numbers with spaces.
