Minut sends your guests automated messages when noise levels exceed the threshold you set. You can enter guest data in Minut by hand, or connect Minut to Beds24 so it retrieves guest contact information automatically. Minut maintains the connection.
Quick Guide
- Set up an API key with the Minut IP whitelist in Settings > Account > Account Access.
- Add a propKey for each property in Settings > Properties > Access.
- In Minut, go to Integration, choose Beds24 and enter your keys.
Connect Minut
Allow API access so Minut can import from Beds24.
Step 1: Allow API access
- Go to Settings > Account > Account Access.
- Enter a 16-character key in the API Key field. You choose the key: create a random code with any combination of letters and numbers.
- Set API Key Access = allow whitelist IP only.
- Set IP Whitelist =

- Set Property Access = Owned by this account only.
- Click Save.
Step 2: Set your property keys
- Go to Settings > Properties > Access.
- Add a propKey. It must be at least 16 characters long and unique (you can't use the same key more than once).
- Click Save.
- Repeat for each property you want to connect.
Step 3: Enter your keys in Minut
- Log in to your Minut account and open the Integration tab on the side.
- Choose Beds24 as your PMS.
- Click Set up, then Connect.
- Read and accept the terms.
- Add your Beds24 information to finish the connection.
Expected result: Your Minut account is connected to your Beds24 account and retrieves guest contact information automatically.
