Lula Cleaning is an automation system for cleaning: it helps you organise cleaning, monitor malfunctions, keep quality through checklists and images, and track settlements. It connects individual hosts or management companies with housekeeping teams (their own or outsourced to cleaning companies), cuts management time and operational costs, and improves the guest experience. Lula Cleaning maintains the connection.
You need a Lula Cleaning account and must allow API access.
Quick Guide
- Generate an invite code with all READ and WRITE options in Settings > Marketplace > API.
- Within 15 minutes, paste it into the Lula Cleaning Beds24 integration page and click Add.
Connect Lula Cleaning
Step 1: Generate an invite token in Beds24
- Log in to Beds24 and open the Beds24 API page (in the old control panel, use the old control panel API page).
- Click Generate invite code.
- Select all options under READ and WRITE and tick Allow linked properties.
- Click Generate invite code.
- Click the copy icon to copy the invite token to the clipboard.
Note: The token is valid for 15 minutes, so finish the integration within that time.
Step 2: Paste the token in Lula Cleaning
- Open the Lula Cleaning Beds24 integration page.
- In Your integration name, enter any name that describes the integration, for example
Beds24. - In Invite Code, paste the token from the clipboard.
- Click Add.
Expected result: Properties and bookings sync immediately. Go to the Lula Cleaning reservations list to see them.
