Connect Lastminute.com to Beds24 to send your availability and prices to Lastminute.com and import its bookings, modifications and cancellations automatically.

- Find your hotel ID, room codes and rate codes in the Lastminute.com extranet.
- In Settings > Channel Manager > Lastminute.com, enable the channel and enter your codes.
- Tick the functions you want to use and save.

Capabilities and limitations
- Beds24 exports inventory and prices, and can apply a multiplier to prices.
- Beds24 imports bookings, modifications and cancellations.
- Beds24 imports only bookings made after you connect. Enter existing bookings manually, see Existing bookings.
- Upsell items can't be exported.

Before you connect
- Beds24 only sends availability when you have prices that are active for Lastminute.com. See Setting Prices for Booking Channels.
- Prices are exported as a room price.
- Extra person and extra child prices, and discounts on the Discounts tab, can't be sent. If you need prices for different occupancies, ask Lastminute.com to set your pricing model to Occupancy Pricing.
- If you use daily prices with extra person prices, set the daily price for the maximum occupancy and add the extra person price as a negative value.
- If you sell rooms individually elsewhere but as a room type with a quantity above one on Lastminute.com, set up virtual rooms.
Connect Lastminute.com
You need: your Lastminute.com hotel ID, room codes and rate codes.
Step 1: Request the connection at Lastminute.com
- Ask Lastminute.com to connect your property to Beds24.
- Find your room and rate codes in the Lastminute.com extranet. They're usually short text codes, not the numeric room and rate numbers.
Step 2: Connect in Beds24
- Go to Settings > Channel Manager > Lastminute.com and enable the channel.
- Enter your Lastminute.com hotel ID, room codes and rate codes. You need the rate code to export prices.
- Tick the functions you want to use and click Save.

Expected result: Beds24 sends your availability and prices to Lastminute.com and imports new bookings, modifications and cancellations. Changes to settings go with the next update, see Updates and changes.
Price multiplier
To mark your prices up or down, or convert the currency, add * and the multiplier to your hotel ID. For example, 123456*1.23 raises all prices sent for hotel ID 123456 by 23%, and 123456*[CONVERT:IDR-EUR] converts Indonesian rupiah to euros. See Price multiplier for all options.
