Kashflow.com

Beds24 integrates with the Kashflow accounting software: you send the invoice data of your bookings to Kashflow, and invoice numbers stay synchronised between the two systems.

What the integration does

• Beds24 sends invoice information from bookings to Kashflow.
• The connection matches the invoice number in Beds24 with the invoice number in Kashflow. If the number is already used in Kashflow, Kashflow assigns the next available number, and the invoice number in Beds24 changes to match, so the numbers stay synchronised.
• You can only delete invoices in Kashflow.

Connect Kashflow

You need: an account with Kashflow. For Beds24, the normal channel manager fees apply.

1. In Kashflow, go to Apps > API Settings and enable API access. For instructions, see the Kashflow help.
2. In Beds24, go to Settings > Marketplace > Kashflow.
3. Enter your Kashflow username and password for API access.
4. Enable the rooms you want to send bookings to Kashflow for.

Expected result: you can send booking invoices to Kashflow.

Send invoice data

• From the dashboard: add the Kashflow component to your dashboard, then tick Send to send the booking invoice to Kashflow.
• From the booking: open the booking. Once you have assigned an invoice number, the Send to Kashflow button shows on the Invoice tab.

Tip: if you use the old version of the dashboard, click the Try it link. To change back to the old version, click the hamburger menu and then Original Dashboard.

Currency and conversion

• Values are sent to Kashflow in the currency set in the Kashflow currency setting.
• You can set a multiplier to adjust the values. Template variables such as [CONVERT:USD-EUR] can also be used as the multiplier.
• The default multiplier is 1.000, which doesn't change the prices.

Troubleshooting

Disconnect Kashflow

Disable the rooms you no longer want to send invoice information to Kashflow for.
