Host PMS sends daily prices to Beds24 and imports bookings from Beds24. Host PMS maintains the connection, and you need a Host PMS account to use it. For further information, contact Host PMS support.

- Allow API access in Settings > Account and create an API key and a propKey.

Step 1: Set up your properties and rooms

Step 2: Connect your channels
Go to Settings > Channel Manager and connect the channels you want to use. Each channel has its own setup instructions: click Help on the channel's page or see How the Channel Manager works. Setting up Beds24 is free and you can do it yourself: Beds24 is a self-service system with context-sensitive help, extensive documentation and free ticket support.
Step 3: Allow API access
- Go to Settings > Account and allow API access in the Link section.
- Generate your Beds24 API key in Settings > Account > Account Access by entering the code you want to use.
- Generate your propKey in Settings > Properties > Access by entering the code you want to use.
