Connect Hostelling International to Beds24 to send your availability and prices to Hostelling International and import its bookings and cancellations automatically. The setting is in Settings > Channel Manager > Hostelling International.
Capabilities and limitations
- Beds24 exports inventory and prices.
- Beds24 imports bookings and cancellations.
- Child prices can't be updated.
- Beds24 imports only bookings made after you connect. Enter existing bookings manually to block the dates, see Existing bookings.
- Upsell items can't be exported.

Before you connect
- Beds24 only sends availability when you have prices that are active for Hostelling International. See Setting Prices for Booking Channels.
- Extra person and extra child prices, and discounts on the Discounts tab of fixed prices, can't be sent.
- If you sell rooms individually elsewhere but as a room type with a quantity above one here, set up virtual rooms.
Connect Hostelling International
- Email wgoodridge@hihostels.com with:
- your hostel name
- your hostel interface ID, which is your Beds24 property ID
- the Beds24 room IDs you want to synchronise, and the matching Hostelling International room IDs
- In Beds24, tick Inventory, Prices and Bookings and click Save.
Expected result: once Hostelling International connects you, Beds24 sends your availability and prices and imports new bookings and cancellations. Changes to settings go with the next update, see Updates and changes.
Price multiplier
To mark your prices up or down, or convert them into the channel's currency, enter a multiplier in the multiplier setting, for example *1.23 or *[CONVERT:IDR-EUR]. See Price multiplier for all options.
Disconnect Hostelling International
Untick Prices, Inventory and Bookings.
