Connect Holidu Smart Destinations (formerly Tomas) to Beds24 to send your availability and several rates per room to your tourist organisation's Holidu Smart Destinations system, and import its bookings and cancellations automatically.
Quick Guide
- Request the Beds24 connection through your tourist organisation, or send Beds24 a support ticket.
- When the connection is ready, enter your hotel ID in Settings > Channel Manager > Holidu Smart Destinations.
- Map your rooms and rates with Get Code.
- Check View Actual Data, tick Inventory, Prices and Bookings, and save.

Capabilities and limitations
- Beds24 exports inventory and multiple rates.
- Beds24 imports bookings and cancellations.
- When a guest modifies a booking, Holidu Smart Destinations cancels it and creates a new booking.
- Holidu Smart Destinations accepts prices for up to 10 guests. You can create surcharges for more guests directly in Holidu Smart Destinations.
- Beds24 imports only bookings made after you connect. Enter existing bookings manually to block the dates, see Existing bookings.
- Upsell items can't be exported.

Before you connect
Beds24 only sends availability when you have prices that are active for Holidu Smart Destinations. See Setting Prices for Booking Channels.

| Daily prices | A price for each date and occupancy. Several occupancy prices can go on each rate plan. The extra person price in the daily price is sent. |
| Fixed prices | 1 person, 2 person and room price. The room price is sent for the occupancy you specify. Extra person and extra child prices, and discounts on the Discounts tab, can't be sent. |
If you sell rooms individually elsewhere but as a room type with a quantity above one here, set up virtual rooms.
Connect Holidu Smart Destinations
Step 1: Apply for the connection
Ask your tourist organisation to use the Beds24 interface. Or send Beds24 a support ticket with your hotel name and address, your Holidu Smart Destinations hotel ID, and the name of your tourist organisation. Beds24 then requests the connection from Holidu Smart Destinations and tells you when it's ready.
Step 2: Enter your hotel ID in Beds24
Go to Settings > Channel Manager > Holidu Smart Destinations and enter your hotel ID.
Step 3: Map your rooms
- Click Get Code next to the room type ID setting.
- Click the Holidu Smart Destinations room ID you want to map to each Beds24 room.
- When the room ID is copied into the room type ID setting, click Save.
Step 4: Map your rates
- Click Get Code next to the rate plan ID setting.
- Click the Holidu Smart Destinations standard rate for this room. Check that the rate plan ID is copied into the setting.
- Click Save.
Fixed prices send a single (1 guest), double (2 guests) and room price for the number of guests set in the fixed price. For more than 3 occupancy levels, set up extra fixed prices or daily prices for each level and map them on the channel settings of the fixed price or daily price.
Step 5: Activate the connection
- Click View Actual Data to check the availability and prices Beds24 will send.
- Tick Inventory, Prices and Bookings.
- Click Save.
Expected result: Beds24 sends your availability and prices and imports new bookings and cancellations. The connection works if you receive no error messages and Holidu Smart Destinations shows the right availability and prices.
Note: Beds24 overwrites prices already set in Holidu Smart Destinations but can't remove them. If Beds24 sends no prices, it sends no availability, and Holidu Smart Destinations shows its original data.

Price multiplier
To mark your prices up or down, or convert the currency, enter a multiplier in the Multiplier field, for example *1.23. See Price multiplier for all options.
Multiple rates
Holidu Smart Destinations can set up several rate IDs per room, each with its own booking conditions, and Beds24 can send a different price to each. See Map channel rate codes. If you don't have the rate IDs you need, ask Holidu Smart Destinations to add them.
Troubleshooting

Disconnect Holidu Smart Destinations
- Untick Inventory, Prices and Bookings to stop the synchronisation for a room.
- To disconnect the channel manager completely, you may need to ask Holidu Smart Destinations to disconnect you.
