Synchronise your Holidaylettings.co.uk and Tripadvisor Rentals calendar with Beds24 by iCal in Settings > Channel Manager > Tripadvisor Rentals iCal: Beds24 sends your availability to Tripadvisor and imports its bookings. Only use iCal if you aren't eligible for the Tripadvisor Rentals API connection, which is certified and more reliable.
Note: Tripadvisor has discontinued the secret key method for exporting inventory.
Capabilities and limitations
- Beds24 exports inventory and imports bookings by iCal.
- Bookings imported by iCal have limited information, usually only the guest name, number of guests, booking number and dates.

Send your availability to Tripadvisor
- In Settings > Channel Manager > Tripadvisor Rentals iCal, tick Inventory.
- Copy the URL shown at Calendar (Inventory).
- Sign in to Tripadvisor and go to the calendar menu Sync with other calendars.
- Select calendar type Other and give the calendar a name for your reference.
- Paste the Beds24 calendar URL into Tripadvisor.
Import bookings into Beds24
- In Tripadvisor, go to Export Your Calendar and copy the iCal URL.
- In Beds24, paste it into Export Calendar (Bookings).
- Tick Bookings and click Save.
Expected result: Beds24 monitors the Tripadvisor calendar and imports bookings from it.
Disconnect
Untick Inventory and Bookings to stop the synchronisation for a room.
