HelloShift lets guests text your hotel, helps staff work together and answers booking questions with website chat. HelloShift maintains the connection. You need a HelloShift account, API access and API keys: keys must be unique and at least 16 characters long.
Allow API access
- Go to Settings > Account > Account Access, enter the API key you want to use, allow any IP and click Save.
- Go to Settings > Properties > Access, create a propKey and click Save.
