Flexkeeping provides a housekeeping and maintenance solution. It receives your arrivals from Beds24 through API access and the Arrivals API. Flexkeeping maintains the connection, and you need a Flexkeeping account to use it.
Quick Guide
- Set up an API key in Settings > Account > Account Access.
- Send the Access Key from Settings > Marketplace > Arrivals API to Flexkeeping for each property.
- Tick Enable for each room you want to synchronise.
- Copy the room IDs from Settings > Properties > Rooms > Setup for the mapping.
Connect Flexkeeping
Step 1: Allow API access
- Go to Settings > Account > Account Access.
- Enter any combination of letters and numbers (minimum 16) as your API key.
- Set API Key Access = allow any ip or allow whitelist ip only.
- Set Property Access.
- Click Save.
Step 2: Get your access key
- Go to Settings > Marketplace > Arrivals API.
- Copy the Access Key and send it to Flexkeeping. Do this for each property you want to integrate.
- Set Days in Advance = 1, so Flexkeeping receives the arrivals 1 day in advance.
- Set Allow Personal Info = Yes.
Step 3: Enable the integration
In Settings > Marketplace > Arrivals API, tick Enable for each room you want to synchronise.
Step 4: Map the rooms
Go to Settings > Properties > Rooms > Setup and copy the room ID for each room you want to synchronise.
Expected result: Flexkeeping receives the arrivals for the enabled rooms. For further details, contact Flexkeeping support.
