If a channel lists your rooms under one property ID but another channel has a property ID for each room, keep individual "real" properties and link their rooms to the rooms of one "virtual" property with multiple rooms. You can then show them under one property as well.
Warning: Test your dependencies thoroughly. Connecting one physical room more than once to a booking channel risks overbookings. See How to setup Room Linking and Dependencies.
Set up the properties
Example: You have three individual properties with one room each and want to show them under one property as well.
- Real properties: go to Settings > Properties and create three properties with one room each (or add two if you already have one).
- Virtual property: go to Settings > Properties and create a property (or use one you already have). In Settings > Properties > Rooms > Setup, create 3 rooms.
- For each room in the real properties, go to Settings > Properties > Rooms > Dependencies and set:
- Requires Availability in = the corresponding room in the virtual property.
- Combination Logic = Sum of all bookings.
- Dependency Level = Ignore Sub Dependencies.
- Assign Bookings to = this room or the corresponding room in the virtual property, wherever you want to see the booking. To see the bookings in both, use Include Bookings from in the room that bookings aren't assigned to.
Expected result: A booking in a real property's room closes the corresponding room in the virtual property, and the other way round.
To link rooms in different properties or accounts, see Link rooms across properties and accounts.
Prices
The rooms in the real properties and in the virtual property can have their own prices. To use the same prices, set them up for one room and set all the others to use them with Use Prices From in Settings > Properties > Rooms > Dependencies. See Prices for linked rooms.
Bookings
If you add a booking manually, add it to the room you chose to assign bookings to.
