BookVisit

Connect BookVisit to Beds24 to send data for your mapped rooms and rate plans to BookVisit and have bookings made in BookVisit created in Beds24. BookVisit is a booking engine that turns your website into a sales channel for direct bookings, with dynamic pricing, upselling options and a customisable design.

Note: The BookVisit connection is coming soon.

Connect BookVisit

Step 1: Enter your BookVisit hotel ID

1. Go to Settings > Channel Manager > BookVisit.
2. Paste your BookVisit hotel ID into Hotel Id and click Save.

Step 2: Map your rooms

1. Click Get Codes next to the room ID setting. Beds24 shows the room IDs from BookVisit.
2. Click the BookVisit room you want to map to the Beds24 room.
3. Check that the room ID is copied into the room ID setting and click Save.

Step 3: Map your rate plans

1. Click Get Codes next to the rate ID setting. Beds24 shows the BookVisit rate IDs for the saved room.
2. Click your BookVisit rate plan. If you have several, click your standard rate plan.
3. Check that the rate plan ID is copied into the setting and click Save.
4. Only if you have several BookVisit rate plans: open each price in Prices > Daily Prices or Fixed Prices that should update another rate plan, click Get Codes, choose the BookVisit rate plan and click Save.

Note: Only map the rate plans BookVisit shows when you click Get Codes. Don't enter any other numbers.

Step 4: Enable your rooms

1. Scroll down to the rooms and set Enable = Enabled for each room type.
2. Click Save.

Expected result: Beds24 is connected to BookVisit for the enabled rooms.

Step 5 (optional): Set a price multiplier

To mark your prices up or down, or convert the currency, enter a multiplier in the Multiplier field, for example *1.23. See Price multiplier.

Disconnect BookVisit

Set Enable = Disable to stop Beds24 sending data to BookVisit.
