Connect Bookit to Beds24 to send your availability and prices to Bookit and import its bookings.
Capabilities
Beds24 exports inventory and prices, and imports bookings. For the full list, see Channel Manager Capabilities. To set prices for the channel, see Setting Prices for Booking Channels.
Connect Bookit
You need: your Bookit username and password, the Bookit property code, and the Bookit room code for each room you want to synchronise.
- Ask Bookit to activate your property on their API messaging interface and to give you your property and room codes.
- In Beds24, go to Settings > Channel Manager > Bookit and set Bookit! = Enable.
- Enter your Bookit username, password, property code and room codes.
- Tick Inventory, Prices and Bookings for each room you want to synchronise.
- Click Save.
Expected result: Beds24 sends your availability and prices to Bookit and imports new bookings. Changes to other settings go with the next update, see Updates and changes.
