Import a property from Booking.com in Settings > Channel Manager > Booking.com > Import to create it in Beds24 instead of setting it up manually. The import is a quick start, but not everything is imported, so check and complete the property before you activate the connection.
Warning: Each property in Beds24 is unique. Only import properties you haven't already set up manually or imported from Airbnb. To connect a property you already have in Beds24, see Booking.com: Synchronise bookings prices availability.

For how channels work in general, see How the Channel Manager works.
Step 1: Enter your Booking.com hotel ID
- Go to Settings > Channel Manager > Booking.com > Import.
- Enter your Booking.com hotel ID in Booking.com Hotel ID.
If you see a Connect to Booking.com button, start the XML connection from the property menu in the Booking.com extranet first:
- Click Connect to Booking.com.
- Click Start and search for BEDS24.
- Tick all tick boxes.
- Wait for the notification from Booking.com that the connection is ready.
If you don't see the button or another message, go on to step 2.
Step 2: Import the property
- Click Import a property from Booking.com.
- Enter the Booking.com hotel ID of the property and click Import from Booking.com.
Step 3: Check what was imported
- Go to Settings > Channel Manager > Booking.com > View Content. The right column shows what was imported, next to the Beds24 setting where you can add or change it. See Content for Booking.com.
- Go to the Calendar and check your prices. Up to 10 prices are imported as daily prices. Minimum stays aren't imported: set them in Beds24 if you need them.
Step 4: Correct the number of rooms
- Go to Settings > Properties > Rooms > Setup.
- Set Quantity of This Type to the total number of rooms you have of each room type.
Step 5: Adjust minimum and maximum stays
This step is optional.
- Go to Prices > Daily Price Rules.
- Click Edit and adjust Minimum Stay and Maximum Stay.
Step 6: Import existing bookings
The property import doesn't import bookings or closed dates. Before you activate the connection, make sure all bookings are in Beds24 and all dates you don't want to sell are closed.
- Go to Settings > Channel Manager > Booking.com and click Import Existing Bookings to import upcoming Booking.com bookings.
- Import bookings from Airbnb and Expedia from those channels once you've connected them.
- Add bookings from other sources in the Calendar with Add booking, or import them from a .csv file in Settings > Properties.
- To close more dates or limit check-in and check-out, change the inventory in the Calendar or use Override.
See Import your upcoming bookings.
Step 7: Check what will be sent
Go to Settings > Channel Manager > Booking.com > Mapping, scroll down to the rooms and click Price Data for each room to check which prices and availability will be sent to Booking.com.
Step 8: Activate the connection
When you activate the connection, Booking.com removes your prices and availability and replaces them with the ones Beds24 sends. Activate it once your mapping and prices are correct, all upcoming bookings are in Beds24, dates you don't want to sell are blocked and your restrictions are set in the Calendar.
- Click Activate Connection, then Activate Connection Now.
Warning: If you have dorms, don't activate the connection yourself. Send Beds24 a support ticket saying you have dorms on Booking.com, and your settings are adjusted manually. See Dorms.
Step 9: Turn off Auto-Replenishment
This step is optional but recommended. With Auto-Replenishment on, Booking.com reopens a room as soon as a guest cancels, even if you have a booking from another source. See Turn off Auto-Replenishment.
Step 10: Check the connection
Click Refresh next to Connection Status. The connection works and your property sells if you see Connection Status: XML Active and Hotel Status: Open / bookable, you don't receive error messages, and your listing shows correctly at Booking.com. For what each status means, see Check the connection.
If you receive error messages, click the link in the email or see Booking.com error messages.
Expected result: Beds24 manages the property's prices and availability at Booking.com and imports its bookings. For everything you can do after activation, see After the connection is activated.
