Create and change Booking.com rate plans in Settings > Channel Manager > Booking.com > Rate Plans, then map each one to a price in Beds24. With Occupancy Pricing you only need more rate plans for more pricing options, for example a refundable and a non-refundable rate, or a rate with meals.
Note: You can only map rate plans that show when you click Get Codes. Usually you map your standard rate plan in Settings > Channel Manager > Booking.com > Mapping and your other rate plans in the prices.
Quick Guide
- Go to Settings > Channel Manager > Booking.com > Rate Plans and click Add new rate plan.
- Name the rate plan, click Confirm and set occupancy, cancellation policy, payment type and meal plan.
- Create a daily price or fixed price in Beds24 for the rate plan.
- On the price's Channels tab, click Get Codes and select the new rate plan.

Booking.com pricing models
Set the model in Settings > Channel Manager > Booking.com > Mapping > Booking.com Rate Type. It must match the pricing model of your property at Booking.com.

In Settings > Channel Manager > Booking.com > Mapping, click Get the Booking.com Room and Rate Codes for this Property Code and check the pricing type in the details:

Dorms
Booking.com doesn't support occupancy pricing for dorms, and needs the bed price sent as the room price, so it doesn't accept a single price for a dorm. Change the pricing model at Booking.com to Standard and set Booking.com Rate Type = Per Day Pricing in Beds24. See also Dorms.
Add a rate plan
Prerequisites: Your Booking.com connection must be activated for content. If you see Access denied, see Connection and access errors.
- Go to Settings > Channel Manager > Booking.com > Rate Plans.
- Click Add new rate plan.
- Enter a descriptive name for the rate plan and click Confirm.
- Set Max Occupancy, Cancel Penalty Code (the cancellation policy), Guarantee Payment Type and Meal Plan Code.
Note: Rate plans aren't used for promotions. To set up a promotion, see Booking.com: Promotions.
Map a rate plan
- Create a daily price or fixed price in Beds24. It can include extra restrictions, such as days in advance, a minimum stay or the days of the week the rate is available.
- On the Channels tab or section of the price, click Get Codes and select the Booking.com rate plan for this price.
- Click Save.
Edit a rate plan
- Go to Settings > Channel Manager > Booking.com > Rate Plans.
- Click Edit next to the rate plan.
- Change the settings and click Save.
Warning: When you edit a rate plan in Beds24, all settings made for it in the Booking.com extranet are removed.
Policy overrides
Apply a different cancellation policy to a rate plan for a period:
- Set the start and end date of the override period.
- Select the policy for the period from the list.
Deactivate or delete a rate plan
- Go to Settings > Channel Manager > Booking.com > Rate Plans and click Edit next to the rate plan.
- Set Active = No and click Save.
Warning: Booking.com doesn't accept prices for deactivated rate plans. Remove the inactive rate plan from your daily prices, fixed prices and Settings > Channel Manager > Booking.com > Mapping, or you get error messages.
To delete a rate plan, log in to the Booking.com extranet.
