BedPlus

BedPlus is a customisable tool that helps property owners track revenue and expenses (one-time or recurring) and generate reports for owners. BedPlus syncs your property and booking data from Beds24 through API access.

Quick Guide

1. Set up an API key with the BedPlus IP whitelist in Settings > Account > Account Access.
2. Add a propKey for each property in Settings > Properties > Access.
3. In BedPlus, add Beds24 as your PMS and sync properties and bookings.

Connect BedPlus

Step 1: Allow API access

1. Go to Settings > Account > Account Access.
2. Enter a 16-character key in the API Key field. You choose the key: create a random code with any combination of letters and numbers.
3. Set API Key Access = allow whitelist IP only.
4. Set IP Whitelist = 159.89.246.242 167.71.254.30 185.52.2.198
5. Set Allow Writes = YES.
6. Set Property Access = Owned by this account only.
7. Click Save.

Step 2: Set your property keys

1. Go to Settings > Properties > Access.
2. Add a propKey. It must be at least 16 characters long and unique (you can't use the same key more than once).
3. Click Save.
4. Repeat for each property you want to connect.

Step 3: Set up BedPlus

1. Log in to BedPlus.
2. Click the gear icon > PMS.
3. Click Add.
4. Follow the instructions to prepare your PMS settings.
5. Add your API key and default values.
6. Click Sync Properties, then Sync Bookings.

Expected result: Your properties and bookings show in BedPlus. See also the BedPlus setup video.

How it works

BedPlus syncs your property and booking data with Beds24. Update the formulas for each room type so the generated reports are accurate. Once your data is imported and the formulas are set up, invite owners to view the reports for their own rental units.
