Connect Bedandbreakfast.eu or Bedandbreakfast.nl to Beds24 to send your availability, prices and minimum stays and import bookings.
Capabilities and limitations
- Beds24 exports inventory, rates and minimum stay, and imports bookings.
- Beds24 can only send prices for 1 or 2 guests. Extra person prices can't be sent.
- Not supported: room types, price multiplier, maximum stay and upsell items.

Before you connect
- Beds24 only sends availability when you have prices that are active for Bedandbreakfast.eu. See Setting Prices for Booking Channels.
- Extra person and extra child prices, and discounts on the Discounts tab of fixed prices, can't be sent.
- If you use daily prices with an extra person price, set the daily price for the maximum occupancy and enter the extra person price as a negative value.
- Bedandbreakfast.eu doesn't support room types: you need a room in Beds24 for each room on Bedandbreakfast.eu. If you sell rooms as a room type with a quantity above one on other channels, set up virtual rooms.
- Beds24 imports only new bookings. Enter existing bookings manually, see Existing bookings.
Connect Bedandbreakfast.eu
You need: your Bedandbreakfast.eu API key. If you can't find it, ask Bedandbreakfast.eu support.
- Go to Settings > Channel Manager > Bedandbreakfast.eu, enter your API key and click Save.
- Click Get the Room and Rate Codes for this Api Key to get your property and room codes.
- Enter the codes for your property and each room.
- Tick the check boxes to activate the connection and save.
Expected result: the connection works if you receive no error messages and Bedandbreakfast.eu shows the right availability and prices. Changes to settings go with the next update, see Updates and changes.
Troubleshooting
