Connect your Asiapay account in Settings > Payments > Payment Gateways > Asiapay to take payments for direct bookings and payment requests. You need an account with Asiapay: ask Asiapay for the connection values if you don't have them.
Quick Guide
- Enter your Asiapay credentials in Settings > Payments > Payment Gateways > Asiapay and change Enable.
- Give Asiapay the Beds24 notify URL for your data feed.
Step 1: Connect Asiapay in Beds24
- Go to Settings > Payments > Payment Gateways > Asiapay.
- Enter the credentials from your Asiapay account in the fields.
- Change the setting for Enable and save.
Note: If you offer more than one payment option, the Enable number sets the order the options show on your booking page. With only one payment option, any number activates it.
Step 2: Set the notify URL at Asiapay
Give Asiapay this URL for your data feed. Asiapay sends the payment information to it:
https://api.beds24.com/asiapay/notify.phpExpected result: Beds24 is notified of payments and the booking changes to Confirmed when the guest pays.
Note: Without the notify URL, Beds24 isn't notified of the payment and the booking doesn't change to Confirmed.
